Ariel Harris' work is inspired by the nostalgia one feels from childhood as an adult after her family sold her childhood home she grew up in, in the city of Houston Texas. The colorful and diverse lands of Texas she ran around in as a child has inspired her work to incorporate nature; and how one can also feel nostalgia through places or other senses. Her practice methods include painting, drawing, and sculpting. She currently resides in Colorado hoping to receive a bachelor's degree of Fine Arts from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
